This strategic move promises to increase High Tide’s gross margins by approximately 5% and allows for immediate sales of ancillary products through e-commerce in the U.S. and Europe. The deal, valued at $900,000 in shares and $100,000 in cash, positions High Tide to leverage the upcoming legalization in Germany with its innovative retail model.
