Hewlett Packard Enterprise Stockholders Endorse Key Changes

An announcement from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is now available.

On April 10, 2024, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company’s stockholders approved significant changes at their annual meeting. They greenlit the expansion of their 2021 Stock Incentive Plan by an additional 22 million shares and endorsed an amendment to protect certain company officers from liability under Delaware law.
