Hertz Global Expands Board, Elects Two New Directors

Hertz Global (HTZ) has shared an announcement.

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from 9 to 11 members, with the election of Mr. Francis Blake and Ms. Lucy Clark Dougherty taking effect from August 27, 2024. Both new non-employee directors will receive compensation in line with the company’s policy, which includes $175,000 in restricted stock units and an annual cash retainer of $100,000. They have also signed indemnification agreements with the company, and no additional arrangements or transactions are tied to their appointments.
