Helios Energy Ltd has partnered with Macaw Energies LLC to implement an innovative liquefied natural gas module, designed to reduce flaring and enhance oil production at the Presidio Oil and Gas Project in Texas. The collaboration will see the deployment of Macaw’s proprietary technology, with plans for additional modules to support Helios’s expansion ambitions. The agreement includes a profit-sharing arrangement for natural gas liquids produced, marking a significant step in Helios’s gas commercialization strategy.
