Zoetis (ZTS) has shared an announcement.
Heidi C. Chen will step down as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Zoetis Inc. on April 16, 2024, transitioning to an advisory role until July, with plans to become a consultant thereafter. Roxanne Lagano will fill in during the search for Chen’s replacement. Chen’s departure entitles her to severance benefits under the company’s Executive Severance Plan and additional retirement-eligible benefits.
