Harrow Health Inc (HROW) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 26, 2024, Harrow, Inc. increased its board size from four to six members, appointing Dr. Adrienne L. Graves and Mrs. Lauren P. Silvernail as new board members, to serve until the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting and potentially beyond unless earlier replaced, deceased, or removed. Dr. Graves brings extensive experience in ophthalmology and pharmaceuticals, while Mrs. Silvernail has a strong background in financial and strategic advising within the pharmaceutical industry. Both appointees have significant prior board experience and will receive the same compensation as other non-employee directors, without any undisclosed arrangements or interests. They have also entered into the company’s standard indemnification agreement.
