Halma plc ( (GB:HLMA) ) just unveiled an update.
Halma has reported its full‑year results for the 12 months to 31 March 2026 and confirmed that detailed financial information, including a webcast presentation and annual reports, is available on its corporate website and via the UK financial regulator’s document storage system. Subject to shareholder approval at the July annual meeting, the final dividend will be paid in mid‑August 2026, and investors can choose to reinvest their cash distributions through Halma’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, reinforcing opportunities for long‑term shareholders to compound their holdings.
