Haleon PLC Sponsored ADR (HLN) has released an update.
Haleon PLC has entered into a share purchase agreement with Pfizer Inc. that allows the former to buy back its ordinary shares from Pfizer off-market. This arrangement is contingent on shareholder approval and is intended to coincide with a Share Offering. The terms of the deal are in line with the Companies Act 2006 and outline a specific price range for the share transactions.
