US Bancorp (USB) has shared an update.
U.S. Bancorp has elevated Gunjan Kedia to President of both the corporation and its main subsidiary, U.S. Bank, with the change effective immediately. Kedia, who previously served as Vice Chair in various capacities since December 2016, will now report to Chairman and CEO Andrew Cecere. With this promotion, she will enjoy a salary boost to $1,000,000 per year and the opportunity to earn substantial incentive rewards, including both cash incentives and stock options, aligning her compensation with the company’s executive officers.
