Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has expanded its Gold Loan Credit Facility with Ocean Partners UK Ltd. to US$13.3 million, aimed at boosting production at its Mexican silver mines and for general working capital. The company, which has a history of strategic partnership with Ocean Partners, has also extended its concentrate sales agreements to 2028. Additionally, GSilver has settled debts through a shares-for-debt transaction, issuing over 1.6 million shares, bolstering its financial strategy for continued growth.
