GlaxoSmithKline plc (UK) (GB:GSK) has released an update.
GlaxoSmithKline plc has successfully completed the sale of its remaining shares in Haleon plc, offloading 385,320,110 shares at 324 pence each and raising approximately £1.248 billion. This final sale concludes GSK’s gradual disposal of its interest in Haleon, which began following the demerger in July 2022, and has now cumulatively generated around £3.9 billion. With this transaction, GSK has fully exited its stake in Haleon, in line with its strategic commitments.
