Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced the distribution of a significant cash dividend of Ps. 152,806,782,631.30 to its shareholders on record as of July 19, 2024. The payment will commence on July 24, 2024, following the decision made by the company’s Board of Directors in line with the authorizations from the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on April 30, 2024. Shareholders are assured of timely notification in compliance with current regulations.
