Greencoat Renewables Plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 312,314 of its Ordinary Shares to be cancelled, on 23rd August 2024. The shares were acquired through Euronext Dublin at prices ranging from €0.9410 to €0.9510, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of €0.9461. This move is part of a previously announced share buyback plan, and post-transaction, the company will have 1,119,356,495 Ordinary Shares in circulation.
