Grayscale Investments is planning to launch a new investment vehicle, the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust, aiming to evolve into a spot Ether ETF. The Trust’s birth will be funded by a distribution of assets from the existing Grayscale Ethereum Trust to its shareholders, pending a series of regulatory approvals and conditions. However, the company has highlighted that the successful execution of this distribution cannot be guaranteed at this time.
