Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. has successfully completed the sale of a sodium sulphate Alkali Disposition in Saskatchewan to Edison Lithium Corp., receiving $200,000 in cash and shares, plus a 2% Gross Revenue Royalty on future production. This disposition at the Whiteshore property marks the fifth such sale to Edison by Globex, in a strategic move anticipating the growing importance of sodium in battery technology.
