Global Education Communities Corp. (GECC) has successfully completed the second phase of its non-brokered private placement, raising an additional $100,000 for a total of $1,505,000 in this round. GECC, a major player in education and student housing in Canada, oversees a range of educational programs and properties, including a $1.3 billion portfolio under the GEC brand, accommodating a diverse international student body.
