GameOn Entertainment Technologies Inc. has announced a delay in the filing of its annual financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, due to additional audits related to new commercial agreements and blockchain grants. The company is working to complete the audit and expects to file the required documents by June 28, 2024, while committing to bi-weekly updates in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Trading will remain open for the public, but the company’s CEO and CFO will be restricted from trading shares during the management cease trade order period.
