Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently completed a share buyback, purchasing 92,652 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 87.20p to 89.00p, with the intention of canceling all acquired shares. This transaction will result in a reduction of the company’s issued share capital to 352,755,190 ordinary shares. The share buyback is part of a previously announced program aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
