FuelCell Energy Expands Board, Welcomes Tyrone Jordan

Fuelcell Energy (FCEL) just unveiled an update.

FuelCell Energy, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to eight members and brought on Tyrone Michael Jordan to fill the new position. Jordan’s tenure began on April 29, 2024, and will extend until the 2025 annual stockholders meeting unless he steps down or is removed sooner. His role includes committee positions focused on compensation, leadership, and environmental and social governance. As part of his compensation, Jordan received $50,000, additional committee fees, and 123,749 restricted stock units, aligning with the company’s incentive plans and compensation policies.
