Fossil Group (FOSL) has provided an update.
Kosta N. Kartsotis has stepped down as CEO and board member of the Company, effective immediately, but will remain in a transitional role and later provide consulting services. Jeffrey N. Boyer takes over as interim CEO and joins the board with Kevin Mansell as Chairman, both effective March 13, 2024. The company is actively searching for a permanent CEO replacement. Boyer, with a detailed biography in the SEC’s proxy statement, has no additional compensation for his new roles or family ties within the company. The change in leadership and subsequent transition plans aim to maintain the Company’s strategic and operational continuity for stakeholders and the market at large.
