Forward Air Corp. (FWRD) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a termination of a material definitive agreement.
On January 25, 2024, Forward closed its previous credit agreement from September 29, 2017, which included $150 million in term loans and $300 million in revolving credit commitments, involving Forward Air, Inc., guarantors, lenders, and Bank of America, N.A. as the administrative agent.
