Forward Air Corp. (FWRD) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Following the Amended Merger Agreement and in line with Forward’s bylaws, the Board expanded from 11 to 15 directors with the appointments of Charles Anderson, Robert Edwards, Jr., and Michael Hodge. Their compensation aligns with that of other non-employee directors. Additionally, an agreement was reached with Mr. Schickel to not serve as President or Board member, leading to the termination of his Employment Agreement.
