Flutter Entertainment Embraces US Governance, Adjusts Listings

Flutter Entertainment PLC (FLTR) has issued an announcement.

On May 1, 2024, Flutter Entertainment plc successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting where shareholders voted in favor of key resolutions, including the adoption of new Articles of Association. These changes are in line with the company’s strategy to move from a Premium Listing to a Standard Listing on the London Stock Exchange, reflecting a shift towards U.S. corporate governance practices. The transition, expected by May 31, 2024, comes after Flutter’s delisting from Euronext Dublin earlier that year. The company also announced board and committee changes, as well as voting results via the Regulatory News Service, aligning with the UK’s FCA disclosure requirements.
