Flex Lng (FLNG) has released an update.
FLEX LNG LTD. successfully concluded its 2024 Annual General Meeting, where audited financial statements were presented and key resolutions passed, including setting the maximum number of Directors to eight and re-electing multiple board members. The meeting also saw the re-appointment of Ernst & Young as auditors with the authorization to set their remuneration, along with the approval of Director remuneration capped at $500,000, and decisions on share premium account reduction and capital adjustment.
