Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a monthly cash distribution of US$0.0492 per unit for April 2024, which scales up to an annual distribution of US$0.59 per unit. Payments are slated for May 15 to stakeholders on record by April 30, with a note of U.S. withholding tax implications for Canadian and other non-U.S. unitholders. The REIT is recognized for operating affordable manufactured housing communities across several U.S. states.
