First Business Financial Services, Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock, marking a 10% increase from the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is to be paid on February 21, 2024, to shareholders on record as of February 8, 2024. Additionally, the Company declared a $17.50 per share dividend on its 7% Series A Preferred Stock, payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded on February 29, 2024.
