FBR Limited has announced the departure of director Grantly Martin Anderson effective from April 23, 2024, as per the latest director’s interest notice. Prior to his departure, Anderson has no registered holdings within the company, but maintains an indirect interest through 1,250,000 ordinary shares held by Mariposa Funds Pty Ltd where he is a director and beneficiary.
