An update from Experian ( (GB:EXPN) ) is now available.

Experian has confirmed that all resolutions at its 22 July annual general meeting were passed, including the receipt of its annual report, approval of director remuneration and the election and re‑election of board members. KPMG LLP was reappointed as auditor, and shareholders renewed authorities over the allotment of securities and the determination of audit fees, reinforcing continuity in its governance and oversight structures.

The AGM also granted the board renewed authority to repurchase up to 89.7 million ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, with flexibility to hold any bought‑back stock as treasury shares. With 887.7 million voting rights in issue and a sizeable treasury position already in place, the buyback mandate gives Experian scope to adjust its capital structure, potentially support earnings per share and provide greater control over shareholder returns.

Spark’s Take on EXPN Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, EXPN is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong financial performance (profitable growth and improving cash flow) and a positive earnings outlook with margin/cash conversion guidance and capital returns. This is tempered by weak technicals (price below key moving averages and negative MACD) and a valuation that looks fair rather than clearly undervalued.
