Ero Copper Corp. successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with a strong shareholder turnout of over 90%. The shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of all proposed resolutions, including setting the board of directors at ten members and re-electing all ten director nominees. The support for the directors was notably high, with the majority receiving upwards of 99% approval for their re-election.
