Equinor ASA Completes Major Share Buyback

Equinor ASA (GB:0M2Z) has released an update.

Equinor ASA has repurchased 1,000,000 shares for NOK 285.6493 each, totaling NOK 285,649,300, between July 25 and July 26, 2024, as part of its third tranche of the 2024 share buyback program. Following these transactions, Equinor ASA holds about 0.98% of its own shares, which drops to 0.71% excluding the shares under the employee share savings program.
