IHH Healthcare Bhd (IHHHF) has released an update.
The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) has adjusted its stake in IHH Healthcare Berhad through recent market transactions, acquiring 1,146,600 ordinary shares and disposing of 1,270,200 shares. Following these changes, the EPF’s direct interest in IHH Healthcare now stands at 972,235,700 shares, equating to 11.039% ownership in the company. These transactions reflect the EPF’s active management of its investment portfolio in one of Malaysia’s prominent healthcare providers.
