The Employees Provident Fund Board of Malaysia has adjusted its stake in IHH Healthcare Berhad with recent transactions involving the disposal of 1,185,500 shares and the acquisition of 224,900 shares, resulting in a direct interest of 11.055%. These changes, reflecting both a disposal and acquisition of ordinary shares, have affected the total number of securities held by the fund in the company. The transactions took place on April 5, 2024, and were promptly reported to the company by April 12, 2024.
