Entra ASA reported a decrease in rental income to 774 million NOK in Q1 2025 from 878 million NOK in Q1 2024, primarily due to divestments. Despite this, the company maintained financial resilience by issuing 3.1 billion NOK in bonds and refinancing 17 billion NOK of bank debt, extending the average maturity to 4.0 years. The company’s portfolio occupancy decreased slightly to 93.8%, with net letting at -73 million NOK for the quarter. Entra continues to focus on strengthening its debt metrics and maintaining a stable financial structure.
