Endeavour Mining Settles for $60M and Royalties

Endeavour Mining (TSE:EDV) has released an update.

Endeavour Mining has reached a settlement with Lilium Gold, concluding the divestment of the Boungou and Wahgnion mines to Burkina Faso’s government for $60 million and a future royalty. The deal ends ongoing legal disputes and involves an upfront payment, with the remainder due by the end of the year.
