The latest update is out from Emmerson Resources Limited ( (AU:ERM) ).
Emmerson Resources has completed its court-approved scheme of arrangement under which Pan African Resources, via its subsidiary Tennant Consolidated Mining Group, has acquired 100% of Emmerson’s fully paid ordinary shares. Emmerson shareholders on the record date, other than ineligible foreign and small parcel holders, have received 0.1493 new Pan African CHESS Depositary Interests for each Emmerson share, with ineligible investors to receive cash proceeds from a sale facility.
All Emmerson shares have now been transferred to Tennant Consolidated Mining Group, and the company has applied to be removed from the official list of the ASX, with delisting expected after the close of trading on 2 July 2026. The transaction marks Emmerson’s transition from a standalone ASX-listed explorer to part of a larger international resources group, potentially providing its former investors with indirect exposure to Pan African’s broader asset base and market footprint.
