Easou Technology Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Fung Po Ting from her roles as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective August 30, 2024. The company has confirmed there are no contentious matters behind her resignation and has appointed Ms. Au Wing Sze to succeed her in all three capacities. Mr. Chen Jun will continue in his role as the other Joint Company Secretary while handling his duties as the chief financial officer.
