Dycom Industries has welcomed Heather M. Floyd as their new Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer starting March 25, 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Chromalloy Corporation and as CFO of Basic Fun, Inc., she is set to earn a $375,000 base salary with bonus opportunities and long-term incentives. Her three-year contract includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus and provisions for severance pay if her employment is terminated without cause, along with health benefits and a non-competition clause post-employment.
