Driver Group plc (GB:DRV) has released an update.
Driver Group plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 10,000 of its own shares at a price of 25 pence each, all of which will be held in treasury. This move comes as part of the company’s announced plan from June 12, 2024, and follows through on its strategic efforts to manage its share capital. Post-purchase, the company’s total number of voting rights has adjusted to 53,048,822 ordinary shares.
