Dow Inc (DOW) has released an update.
The Dow Chemical Company has successfully issued $1.25 billion in notes, divided between $600 million of 5.150% notes maturing in 2034 and $650 million of 5.600% notes due in 2054, through an Underwriting Agreement with major financial firms. The transaction, which builds on a registration statement filed in June 2022, was completed on February 9, 2024, and is backed by an Indenture with The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company. These notes are part of the company’s broader strategy to manage its financial portfolio, offering investors long-term investment opportunities in Dow’s robust growth plan.
