The latest update is out from Dollar Tree (DLTR).

Family Dollar, a subsidiary of Dollar Tree, has entered into a Plea Agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, pleading guilty to a misdemeanor for the adulteration of FDA-regulated products due to a rodent infestation at its Arkansas distribution center. The company will pay a $200,000 fine and forfeit over $41 million. Following the plea, an additional $26.675 million charge will be recorded by Dollar Tree, but no criminal charges have been filed against it. The agreement also mandates enhancements to their compliance program and periodic reporting to the DOJ to prevent future violations.
