DocGo (DCGO) has shared an update.
DocGo Inc. has announced significant changes in its leadership structure, as Lee Bienstock takes over as a Class I director on the Board come April 1, 2024, after Stan Vashovsky steps down. Vashovsky, who had previously retired as CEO, will also end his tenure as director and Chair of the Board to focus on personal interests, but will stay on as a consultant for the company until March 31, 2025. Steven Katz will succeed Vashovsky as the new Chair, bringing his experience as a Board member and Lead Independent Director to the table.
