Discover Financial Services (DFS) has released an update.
Discover Financial Services has appointed Michal G. Rhodes as the new Chief Executive Officer and President, and a director of both the Company and Discover Bank, effective March 6, 2024, with the possibility of an earlier start date. He officially assumed his roles on February 1, 2024. John Owen, the Interim CEO and President since August 14, 2023, will remain a director for both entities from this date forward.
