Shape Australia Corporation Limited has disclosed a change in Director Peter Marix-Evans’ interests, with a recent acquisition of 129,410 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and disposal of 219,413 Performance Rights. Following these changes, Marix-Evans now directly holds 389,427 shares and 499,281 Performance Rights, alongside an indirect holding of 1,069,539 shares through his spouse, Jodie Marix-Evans.
