Dexterra Group (TSE:DXT) has released an update.
Dexterra Group has agreed to sell its modular building solutions business, NRB Modular Solutions, to ATCO Structures & Logistics Ltd. for $40 million, aiming to simplify its operations and reduce debt. The deal, subject to customary closing conditions, is anticipated to be finalized by the end of July 2024. This strategic move allows Dexterra to concentrate on its core support services while positioning NRB for continued success in the modular construction industry under ATCO’s ownership.
