John Purpura is set to retire as the Chief Operating Officer of Delcath Systems, Inc., with a successor already in the pipeline and Purpura committed to offer consultancy post-retirement. Concurrently, after more than fourteen years of service and following the successful launch of Delcath’s first product, Roger Stoll plans to retire from the board of directors at the upcoming Annual Meeting. His retirement is amicable, with no disagreements with company policies or practices influencing his decision.
