Decmil Acquisition Meetings Scheduled for Shareholders

Decmil Group Limited (AU:DCG) has released an update.

Decmil Group Limited has announced that Macmahon Holdings Limited will acquire all issued ordinary shares and redeemable convertible preference shares of Decmil, as per the schemes of arrangement previously announced on April 16, 2024. Shareholders of Decmil are scheduled to meet on July 31, 2024, to address the Chair’s statements and to vote on the acquisition, the results of which will be disclosed at the meetings.
