Cybernaut International Holdings Company Limited has announced an agreement to issue 200 million new shares at HK$0.10 each to China Solar Energy Group (HK) Limited, representing approximately 4.99% of the pre-subscription issued share capital. The completion of this subscription is contingent upon approval from the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for the listing and trading of the new shares. The proceeds, estimated at HK$19.8 million, are earmarked for the Group’s BeiDou global applications business and general working capital.
