CVRx (CVRX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
CVRx, Inc. announced the appointment of Kevin Hykes as the new President and CEO, effective February 12, 2024, succeeding Nadim Yared who is retiring. Hykes has extensive experience in the medical device industry, holding CEO roles at multiple companies and serving as a Venture Advisor. His compensation includes a base salary, cash incentive, stock options, and a sign-on bonus. As part of the transition, Yared will provide consulting services to CVRx until the end of 2024, receiving an hourly fee and a pro-rated bonus, with continued vesting of his stock options.
