Curaleaf Holdings (OTC) (TSE:CURA) has released an update.
Curaleaf Holdings has completed its acquisition of Northern Green Canada, strengthening its strategic position in key European markets, including Germany, Poland, and the UK, and expanding into the burgeoning markets of Australia and New Zealand. The deal enhances Curaleaf’s supply of high-quality EU-GMP certified cannabis, supporting its growth in the global market projected to reach $55 billion by 2027. The acquisition terms included an initial payment of approximately $16 million in Subordinate Voting Shares, with potential additional earnouts based on NGC’s 2024 performance.
