ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN Class B ( (AMUB) ) has shared an announcement.

On May 5, 2025, Credit Suisse Services AG, a subsidiary of UBS Group AG, reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice to settle a tax-related investigation. This investigation was related to Credit Suisse’s implementation of a 2014 plea agreement concerning its cross-border business with U.S. taxpayers. As part of the settlement, Credit Suisse Services AG pleaded guilty to conspiracy to aid in false income tax returns and agreed to pay a total of USD 511 million. UBS, which acquired Credit Suisse, was not involved in the conduct and aims to resolve legacy issues swiftly and fairly. The resolution is expected to impact UBS’s financials in the second quarter of 2025, with a credit from the release of contingent liabilities and a charge related to the settlement.
